I am an individual who believes in the transformative power of therapy. My journey into this field stems from a deep passion for helping others uncover their strengths and navigate life’s complexities. Understanding how challenging depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes are, I bring both a professional and personal perspective on the healing process.

Aside from work and school, I spend time cooking, event planning, and exploring West Michigan.

My Approach

I draw on multiple therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)  and Strengths-Based/Client-Centered Therapy to best address the needs of each client. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship and am here to guide you toward healing, growth, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What You Can Expect

My goal as a therapist is to meet clients where they are at by providing a safe and welcoming environment. I believe that each client is the expert of their own lives and that my role, as their therapist, is to guide them along their healing journey. I recognize the strength and courage it takes to seek help and as we build rapport, we will work together to identify your concerns and achieve your goals.
