There have been many chapters in my life-some filled with joy and celebration, others marked by grief, disappointment, and sadness. Like so many, I've experienced the ups and downs that come with being human. Along the way, I've been deeply grateful for the support and guidance I've received. My goal now is to offer that same support to others.

I'm passionate about creating space for others to gain clarity, feel empowered, and take ownership of their stories as I have many times throughout my own life - rewriting them in ways that feel true and meaningful.

When I'm not working, I enjoy running, spending time with my family, reading, and traveling.

My Approach

I see therapy as a space where you can be yourself, without judgment, and start to make sense of what's going on in your life. My approach combines tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a person-centered style, and a strengths-based perspective.

That means we'll look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and work on small, practical changes that can make a big difference. At the same time, I believe you're the expert on your own life. I'm here to listen, support you, and help you tap into the strengths you already have-sometimes it just takes the right environment to see them clearly.

We'll go at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and build on what's already working, so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

You can expect a warm, thoughtful, and curious space where you feel truly heard and supported. I hope to bring deep listening and empathy to each session, creating a safe space where you can explore what's on your mind without judgment.
