MA Clinical Mental Health - Cornerstone University
MBA - Western Michigan University
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone University and hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University. I am passionate about partnering with others to uncover their unique stories, strengths, and challenges, offering compassion and collaboration to help implement positive and lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share, understood in your experiences, and empowered to grow.
When I'm not working, I value spending meaningful time with my family and friends, whether sharing meals, having thoughtful conversations, or simply enjoying each other's company. I also enjoy cooking and staying active.
My Approach
I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic perspectives to best support your goals and growth. Whether through exploring your story, fostering self-awareness, or addressing specific challenges, I aim to walk alongside you with compassion and care. I draw from a variety of approaches and techniques, always adapting to meet you where you are in your journey.
What you Can Expect
Our time together will begin with getting to know your story-your hopes, challenges, and what you want to achieve in counseling. From there, we'll work collaboratively to establish goals and navigate them together at your own pace. My role is to provide support, tools, and insights to help you face life's difficulties and create meaningful, lasting change. You can expect a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.
