My story has instilled in me a desire to seek and embrace continual healing in not only my own life but the lives of others. I believe that experiencing growth is possible at any and every stage of being. As humans, we are faced with unique challenges, experiences, and relationships that help shape who we are. I am passionate about getting to know who you are and walking with you in your journey of discovering how you want to live out your story.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family. You can find me doing anything active, being outdoors, and traveling. I love going to the beach, working out, and playing/coaching volleyball.

My Approach

My approach to counseling is person-centered and aimed at highlighting the uniqueness of each individual. I strive to create an environment in which clients can share their stories, discern strengths and weaknesses, and develop healthier strategies moving forward. As no two individuals are the same, I view it as necessary to provide care that is tailored specifically to a client’s personal needs and experiences.

What you can expect

You can expect a safe space where you can be heard, respected, and grow. You are invited to share your story and embark on a journey of discovering a more contented and authentic self. Counseling is a personal process that calls for commitment, honesty, and hard work. I am dedicated to working with my clients through challenges in order to discover with them a sense of meaning, purpose, and hope.
