My story has shown me that with time, support, and understanding, lives can truly change. No story is too complicated or too far gone to be heard and understood. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, heavy, or even a little gray, but healing and growth are always possible. I believe that when people have a safe space to talk openly and feel supported, they can begin to rediscover their strengths and move toward a more hopeful and balanced life. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me running or spending time outside. I enjoy staying active through sports or simply soaking up some sunshine. I also love reading and playing cards with friends and family. Being outdoors and connecting with people I care about helps me stay grounded and recharged.

My Approach

Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work on developing healthier ways of thinking and responding. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, where we work together to find strategies that fit your life and goals.

What You Can Expect

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through. We’ll work together to better understand challenges, build practical coping skills, and find tools that help you feel more confident moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
