Every person in the world has a story. These stories are comprised of experiences, emotions, thoughts, actions, choices, perspectives, and memories. My story is no different. I have experienced highs, lows, good, bad, excitement, regret, love, loss, and everything in between. Through all of it I have tried my best to learn, grow, and accept myself. This is my mission in my work. To help others learn from their stories, grow as individuals, and accept themselves for who they are. My job is to help people explore themselves, to guide them through their emotions, thoughts, and perspectives to find healthy and positive truths that allow them to move forward with grace, awareness, and acceptance.

When I'm not working, When I'm not working, I enjoy going to the beach, working out at the gym, and taking my puppy for walks.

My Approach

Every individual has a different perspective, story, and set of experiences. With this in mind, I believe that it is my job to tailor my therapeutic approach differently to meet the needs and preferences of each person I work with. Whatever the needs of the individual, my approach stays rooted in empathy, honesty, compassion, and perspective.

What You Can Expect

I believe that self development is one of the most noble, complex, and challenging undertakings any of us can pursue. With this in mind, you can expect me to appreciate and value your time and efforts, and meet you with compassion, honesty, and support. I will challenge you when needed, offer guidance when available, and encourage growth always. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and supported as we explore your story together, and ultimately, to help you navigate through writing the next chapter in positive, healthy, and productive ways.
