My story has shown me the value of walking alongside others through both the steady and uncertain seasons of life. Each person’s story is shaped by experiences, relationships, challenges, and growth. At times, those stories can feel overwhelming or unclear, and it’s natural to wonder what comes next. My goal is to come alongside people in those moments and to help bring understanding, clarity, and a path forward.
I believe that when we take time to explore and understand our stories, we begin to see ourselves and our relationships more clearly. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are working through anxiety, life transitions, or relational struggles, I will walk with you as you move toward growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids. In my free time, I take pleasure in golfing, cycling, hiking, and cooking. I am also a big fan of Chicago sports and enthusiastically cheer for the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks.
My Approach
My approach to counseling is collaborative, person-centered, and holistic, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I draw from a variety of evidence based systems and perspectives to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we will build insight and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.
What You Can Expect
I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating and requires courage. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We will take time to build a strong therapeutic relationship before beginning deeper work. Therapy is collaborative, and I will come alongside you to support and encourage you as you navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
